The rule of 0・1・2

Today is about a rule that I remember when I start something new, get to know new people or go to a new shop.

I was taught by a copywriter of a company I worked in before, it is called “The rule of 0・1・2”.
The numbers mean the number of times to contact something new, and it is like this:
0・1・23456789…

For example, about “Hina Cafe”.
0 ← You don’t know the cafe
1 ← You know the cafe and went
2 ← You went there again

3456789… Nearly no difference between 2 and 3

Do you understand what I mean?

There is a big difference between 0 and 1, it is like all or nothing.
There is a difference between 1 and 2, not like 0 and 1 but there is.
About 2, 2 is almost stable because you have touched twice.
And 2 and 3 is same by the copywriter, it means stable situation you have already experienced well.

Plus, my additional rule is the magic number “3”. I make up my mind the third time, so that it will be very stable world for me after 3.

Because I just have been to a nice restaurant, it was the second time. The atmosphere was great and the food was wonderful, so I would like to go there again the third time. And I would recommend the restaurant to someone if my third time were great one.

I hope this rule would help when you experience something or someone new.

*Actually the copywriter explained better than me, it is still difficult to explain something for me. So that I design the today’s main image 🙂
